PROJECTS - PERFORMANCE BASED LOGISTICS ANALYSIS

The use of the Systecon Tool suite can assist with the analysis of Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contracts.

Systecon have been working with leading equipment suppliers in order to develop an approach that allows the analysis of PBL based contracts. By using OPUS10^TM and Simlox, it is possible to analyse how effective a given solution might be. It is also possible to use the tools to assess the likelihood of not achieving a given target and determine the likely penalties incurred when a target is missed.
